Veterinary Biologics

Your animal deserves an honest answer

We make stem cell and exosome treatments for vets. We also tell you exactly what the research proves, and what it doesn't. Most companies only tell you the first part.

The conversation this site is written for

Not a sale. The moment a vet tells an owner what is actually known about an option, what is not, and what that means for their animal. Everything here is built to make that five minutes easier.

What we can actually show you

The strongest thing we can say is also true

DogStem, an equine umbilical-cord MSC medicine for dogs, holds an EMA marketing authorisation — the regulatory precedent for cross-species umbilical-cord cell therapy in companion animals.

EMA EPAR, DogStem, EMEA/V/C/005829

Where we correct the industry

In a randomised safety trial in dogs, both equine and canine MSCs raised antibody titres, with no adverse events after single or repeated administration. Umbilical-cord MSCs are immune-evasive, not immune-invisible — and we will not tell you otherwise.

Punzón et al., Front Vet Sci 2023;10:1098029. PMID 37266387

63% of dogs walked better 8 weeks after one injection. Measured on a pressure plate, not by eye. 80 dogs, half given a dummy injection so nobody could fool themselves PMID 36198051
61% of cats aged 6 and over have arthritis in at least one joint on X-ray. Most owners never find out, because cats hide it PMID 20083417
2 proper trials of a cell-free version exist in dogs. In one, owners said their dog improved but the activity tracker disagreed. We think you should know that PMID 40532750 · 42287504

No hype, no diagrams that overpromise. Just what is in the vial and what it is known to do.

For clinics

The first 25 clinics set the evidence base

The first 25 clinics to complete licence verification receive Program pricing at Stocking volume for twelve months. It is an early-adopter commitment, and nothing more is asked of you.

We used to tie this discount to structured outcome submission. We removed that. Supplying an unapproved product to clinics on a fixed visit schedule, against named outcome instruments, in exchange for the resulting data, is a clinical investigation with a sponsor — and in the United States that requires an Investigational New Animal Drug file with FDA CVM, not a pricing tier.

Offices

Two offices, two regulatory realities

The United States and Colombia regulate veterinary biologics differently. We keep the two pathways, and the two sets of claims, strictly separate.
